Scenario: how it plays out
- The treasurer signs up and invites committee members by link — each with the permissions you set.
- Every programme is tagged as a project, e.g. "Ramadan programme", with a budget.
- Committee members scan receipts and tap Claim back; the treasurer approves and marks them paid.
- Before the meeting: print the project statement & claim forms, or export a CSV for the association's auditor.
The right plan
Group — up to 8 committee members with shared AI scans; extra members without changing plan. The association's auditor doesn't pay and doesn't count towards the member limit.
