If you are reading this page, ListBelanja's public pages & calculators are being served. Below, your own browser checks the components that can be checked from outside — app & API, database & service-key readiness, the Telegram bot, payments and the LHDN table sync date — and shows the time of the check. Components that can only be tested from the inside (email receipts) are monitored daily by the platform owner. None of your data is sent; the check is the same for every visitor.

Check details (platform owner)
The check is made by your browser against the same public endpoints the sign-in page uses; it needs no account and sends no data. A signed-in platform owner sees the detail of every internal check.
Components & what they mean
- App & API — the app shell at listbelanja.com and the /api endpoints that serve sign-in, receipts, tax & settings.
- Database & service keys — the cloud database is installed and readable, the LHDN table loaded, service keys (AI, storage, email, payments) set.
- AI receipt scanning — the AI service key is set; live reads & the fallback route are checked daily by the owner in the Command Centre.
- Email receipts — the receipt inbox that accepts the emails you forward; monitored daily from the inside, not probeable from a browser.
- Telegram bot — the bot token is set and the webhook registered; you send receipt photos to the bot and they appear in the app.
- Payments & subscriptions — the licensed payment processor is enabled and plan prices are set; the Free plan does not depend on it.
- LHDN table sync — the date the latest relief table was synced from the official page; tax pages show the last check date.
How we monitor
- Daily internal health checks: database, storage, AI key & fallback route, tables, settings — results in the owner's Command Centre.
- Daily LHDN sync with the two-identical-readings rule; provisional values clearly marked on the pages.
- Public pages are regenerated on every deploy and whenever data changes; they are static — available even while the API is being updated.
- Browser errors are reported anonymously so bugs are seen before users report them; no third-party tracking.
Frequently asked questions
The live check shows Issue — what should I do?
Reload after a few minutes; the daily health checks & the platform owner's alerts are already running. Your records are safe in the cloud database — the public pages & static calculators stay available, and no data is lost because one component did not answer.
Why isn't email receipts checked here?
The receipt inbox receives mail from the email provider through a webhook that only the server can test; checking it from a public browser would need keys that cannot be exposed. It is monitored daily from the inside; unprocessed emails are kept 30 days so no receipt is lost.
