Who qualifies & what counts
Expenses (Restricted to RM1,000) for:
- Complete medical examination for self, spouse or child
- COVID-19 detection test including purchase of self-test kit for self, spouse or child
- Mental health examination or consultation for self, spouse or child
- Purchase of self-health monitoring equipment
- Disease detection test fees
Shares a combined cap with Child learning-disability intervention, Serious illness, fertility, vaccination & dental — together they cannot exceed RM10,000.
