ListBelanja
For accountants: clients who are organised before you ask
A shoebox of receipts in June is the accountant's problem, not the client's. When the client uses ListBelanja, every receipt is already read, categorised by LHDN rules and tagged personal or business — you open it as an auditor and import straight into your software. Inside the app, the "Who are you?" card on the Home tab turns this into your first 3 steps, ticked off as you go.

Scenario: how it plays out
- The client (or you on their behalf) signs up free and invites your email as an auditor — open the link while logged in and that client lands in My clients; read-only, only filed or locked records.
- You open the client's Tax & Side Income tabs: reliefs claimed with original receipts, Form B, capital allowances, CP500.
- Records → Export for your accountant: pick AutoCount, SQL Account, Xero, QuickBooks or Bukku and a date range; SST is split into a tax account.
- A ZIP audit pack (receipts, CSV, printable report) for your working file; the client locks the year after filing.
Many clients, one login
You don't need one account per client. When a client invites your email as an auditor and you open that link while logged in, their household is added to My clients in Settings. The portfolio shows every client with a current-year summary — receipts, unreviewed ones, year locked or not — and one tap opens that client: the whole app reads their records (read-only) until you return to your own household. Each client can remove your access any time from Users & permissions; external auditors don't count towards their plan's member limit.
The features that matter most to you
- My clients: many clients, one login, a summary per client
- Auditor role: read-only, no client password
- AutoCount, SQL Account, Xero, QuickBooks, Bukku export — SST split out, business expenses only
- ZIP audit pack & printable report per year
- Mixed receipts split per item by the client — receipt number as reference
- Year lock: records cannot change after filing
The right plan
Auditors don't pay — access comes from the client's plan. A firm with a team can use the Family plan (up to 8 people) for its own records.
Frequently asked questions
Can I manage many clients from one account?
Yes. Every client invites the same email of yours as an auditor; accept while logged in and that client lands in My clients (Settings). Open one client at a time — two households' records never mix in one view — and return to your own household with one tap.
Are the relief figures from the latest LHDN table?
Yes — caps, rates, rebates and deadlines sync from LHDN's official site daily and every year of assessment is computed with that year's rules; the verification date is shown on every tax page.
