One receipt, two forms: split personal and business items
Your stationery receipt has your child's books (Lifestyle, Form BE) and A4 paper for the business (Form B). Other apps make you pick one. ListBelanja reads every line and lets you tag it — Personal, Business or leave it — with running totals so no ringgit is counted twice.

How to split
- Scan the receipt as usual — the AI extracts every line item with its price.
- Open the receipt: each line has three choices — Personal (BE), Business (B), Unassigned. Pick the LHDN relief for personal items and the Form B category for business items; or tag all at once.
- Tap Use this split: the personal total becomes the relief claim amount; the business total becomes ONE Form B expense (main category) under the business source you choose.
- Save. The same receipt is proof for both forms; BE e-Filing and Form B read the right numbers.
Rules the app keeps for you
- An item can be personal OR business — never both.
- LHDN YA2025 caps apply to the personal total (e.g. Lifestyle RM2,500).
- Client entertainment is only 50% deductible; personal items in Form B are 0% — each Form B category carries its own percentage.
- Receipts in a locked year cannot be re-split.
Frequently asked questions
What if every item is business?
Tag All: Business. No BE claim is made and the whole receipt becomes a Form B expense — the same as the existing "Make it a business expense" button.
Can my accountant see the split?
Yes — invite your accountant as an auditor (read-only). The AutoCount / SQL Account export contains only the business share.
