For freelancers & SMEs: Form B without a spreadsheet or another package

Your stationery receipt has the kids' books and the business's A4 paper. Other apps make you pick one. ListBelanja splits every line — the personal share to Form BE, the business share to Form B — and your accountant receives a file they import directly. Inside the app, the "Who are you?" card on the Home tab turns this into your first 3 steps, ticked off as you go.

Scenario: how it plays out

  1. Register a source: freelance, e-commerce (Shopee/TikTok), gig (Grab) or business — the app picks Form B and schedules CP500.
  2. Scan receipts as usual; split items Personal/Business with Form B categories (purchases, travel, promotion, entertainment 50%). Computers & phones go to capital allowances.
  3. Income is recorded with e-Invoice when required (the threshold comes from LHDN rules); CP500 is scheduled.
  4. Year end or monthly: export AutoCount / SQL Account / Xero / QuickBooks / Bukku with SST split out; e-B boxes with a Copy button.

The features that matter most to you

  • Mixed receipts: each item Personal (BE) or Business (B)
  • Form B: income, expenses, capital allowances, HK-4, CP500, e-B boxes
  • e-Invoice: thresholds & official codes, buyer & seller
  • AutoCount, SQL Account, Xero, QuickBooks, Bukku export — SST split out
  • Audit pack & printable report; read-only auditor

The right plan

Individual: 100 AI scans a month and images kept forever — the plan for one person who scans a lot. A small team of up to 8: the Family plan.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need AutoCount or Xero?

No — the CSV opens in Excel too. The format only orders the columns so the accountant's software imports it without remapping.

Is client entertainment fully deductible?

No — only 50%; each Form B category in the app carries its own percentage, so the deducted total is always right.
